This unit provides the new headquarters for Interpet a major American company specialising in pet products for the growing UK market.

The building, uniquely for the Express Park development, includes a three storey office facility of 10,000 Sq ft placed alongside the distribution/warehouse space of 85,000 Sq ft formed from two parallel bays of steel framed segmented portals each spanning 32 Metres across a piled sub structure.  A clear racking height of over 11.3 metres was provided.

The total scheme including the office fit out was completed within 35 weeks.  Total cost of construction was approximately £4.9M

The office space has been fully designed and fitted out by the Express Park Construction Company team to a detailed brief from the end user.  All offices are comfort cooled with data distribution to all work reas.

This has successfully combined institutional standard office space, welfare facilities and areas where the client’s product range can be checked and tested.

A further package of external works was included to produce an intricate arrangement of 50 ponds for the client to test elements of pumping equipment prior to general sale.
