Express Park Group has developed The Exchange Facilities Centre concept as a service to companies and their employees that are increasingly seeking to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which when combining long days, child-care and managing the home can be difficult to achieve.
Employees are able to drop their children off at the nursery, visit the health club, their older children will be able to attend the after-schools club. Shopping is also available at The Kiosk and full brasserie facilities are provided throughout the working day.
Freehold sites of some 2 acres are being acquired nationwide on Express Park developments as well as existing Business Parks or on a standalone basis in dedicated and highly accessible office locations.
Currently the Exchange operates from the Express Park Bridgwater development however more Exchange facilities are opening shortly.
