New Residential Development at Waterfront-Dearne Valley
Express Park Group are undertaking their first residential project.
The residential development comprises a 339 unit project including a range of starter and executive homes and apartments partly built around an existing 45 acre lake.
There will be 202 residential dwellings of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom design over 2 and 3 storeys with approximately 27% two bedroom, 26% three bedroom and 47% four bedroom units.
In addition there are to be ten apartment blocks which will face the lake, of 4, 5 and 6 storeys totalling 137 Apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms. The apartment blocks are located close to the lakeside to capture the stunning views from this location and to create reflection and interest close to the lake.
Careful consideration is being given to external materials, landscaping, water features and parking provision.A 9 hole pay and play golf course and golf driving range will add to the appeal of Manvers Lakeside together with retail and leisure on the site to the west of the residential area.
