Mallard Court Fully Let
 
As Bridgwater continues to thrive as a strategic commercial location, the Express Park Development Company is delighted to announce the letting of the last remaining 6,000 sq ft of space within their Mallard Court office scheme.

Mallard Court is the single largest speculative office building ever to be constructed in Somerset, comprising 54,000 sq ft of high quality, self-contained suites.  Following the success of Mallard Court, work is now due to commence on Heron Court, the next 54,000 sq ft phase of the development, which will provide office suites upwards of 4,000 sq ft and is due for completion in Spring 2007.
