Living Space Residential was initially established to develop the residential components of mixed use developments undertaken by the Express Park Group, the first of which is likely to be at Waterfront-Dearne Valley, South Yorkshire.

The Company, Living Space Residential, will replicate the quality of product and level of services delivered by the Group elsewhere and to extend this into the residential sector.

The Group philosophies will be maintained by achieving a high level of design and quality of build which will be supported by the excellent sales and after-sales services provided by the Company and its advisors/consultants.

The Company is responsible for the concept, planning, design, construction, marketing and sales of a project and in core cases will engage Express Park Construction as contractor, with Living Space Residential’s role remaining as in-house client.

Its objective is to create innovative homes in exceptional surroundings in keeping with the Group ethos always mindful of the environment and a sustainable future.

The Company aspires to be a home builder, not a house builder, over a full range of products including 2 bedroom terraced to 4/5 bedroom executive homes and apartments, but on a small volume basis in order to maintain its attention to detail, quality of product and level of service.
