Living Space Residential is seeking to become involved in further projects, either in joint venture or on a standalone basis, as part of a larger mixed-use scheme or as an individual residential development.

Its area of search is initially in the South West, South East and Yorkshire regions.

The expertise within the Group will permit it to undertake a management role on larger and mixed use developments, where this is required or preferred.

The Company is well funded and is happy to invest equity and risk capital on projects seeking “seed” finance, subject to adequate management and risk controls.
